Avril Tyrrell, located in Southern Ontario, Canada is a writer, storyteller and a seeker of fairy paths. She loves books since her childhood. Other than books, she her interests are social history, gardens, music, decorative arts and philosophy.
Avril Tyrell has published many books with the well-known illustrator Frances Tyrrell. Her popular books include: Woodland Nutcracker, Grandmother’s Tree and The Illustrated Fairy Gazette, among which Woodland Nutcracker is now a part of StoriesAlive library.
